Mr. Kelly is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. He is responsible for the overall operations of ThamesHarbour Real Estate, LLC. He has a strong sense of leadership, a high level of organization and has proven skill in evaluating the needs of the property. As a licensed contractor and with his knowledge of construction, Mr. Kelly is able to offer the properties he manages the best possible facilities maintenance service. He has considerable knowledge of building maintenance and construction practices and methods, is precise in the use of tools and equipment, and is thorough in the application of safety principles. Similar to the maintenance staff, he is detailed, clean, organized, professional and responsive.
