Quinn A. Kelly

President & CEO, Community Association Manager, Licensed Real Estate Broker, Home Improvement Contractor, Notary Public, Certified Manager of Community Associations, Association Management Specialist. Mr. Kelly is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. He is responsible for the overall operations of ThamesHarbour Real Estate, LLC. He has a strong sense of leadership, a high level of organization and has proven skill in evaluating the needs of the property. As a licensed contractor and with his knowledge of construction, Mr. Kelly is able to offer the properties he manages the best possible facilities maintenance service. He can zero in on the cause of a problem and develop a straight forward solution. He is trustworthy, proactive, and confident.

Drew Price

Maintenance Foreman, Certified Manager of Community Associations Mr. Price is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor’s degree in Business in 2008. He has considerable knowledge of building maintenance and construction practices and methods, is precise in the use of tools and equipment, and is thorough in the application of safety principles. Similar to the maintenance staff, he is detailed, clean, organized, professional and responsive.

Matthew Finch

Mr. Finch is a graduate from Unity College, Maine with his Bachelors in Conservation Law Enforcement in 2014. With his collective four years in landscaping he comes to us with the knowledge of managing large accounts. He has extensive customer service experience enabling him to manage and meet the needs of both the consumer and the business. Being a highly self motivated, hard working, personable, mindful individual he meets all objectives in a timely manner.

Ms. Comeau has been an integral member of ThamesHarbour’s team for over 19 years. With her extensive knowledge and ability to interact with homeowners, contractors and outside agencies, she is a true asset to the property management business. She is responsible for updating and maintaining income and expenditures for the operations of several properties. She is accurate, thorough, methodical, focused with an eye for detail, and works well under pressure.

Ms. Boyd is a graduate from Eastern Connecticut State University with a Bachelor’s degree. She joined the ThamesHarbour team in 2016. With her experience in high volume and fast paced work environments she brings a valuable component of customer service, resourcefulness and organization for all of our clients various needs. She is efficient, determined, reliable and patient.
